Our Pizach house is located in the centre of San Candido, a few steps from the historic village. It is also a short distance from the valley station of the Monte Baranci-Helm cable car, the well-known ski area perfect for families and an ideal starting point for exciting excursions all the year-round.

Classic alpine style furniture with high-quality materials and access to a garden with a small playground for children.

The private car park is located in front of the house, the bus stop distances 100 metres, while the train station can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.

Apartment 1 - 90m²: dislocated on the ground floor with a large south-facing terrace and furnished patio
Apartment 2 - 90m²: dislocated on the 1st floor with south balcony with table and chairs
Both are apartments suitable for 4 - 6 people

The kitchen has a large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and vacuum cleaner - there are dishwasher detergents, dish towels and kitchen cloths.
A lounge with a typical tyrolean wooden bench and comfortable double sofa bed and satellite TV.
A double bedroom,
a room with two single beds - with the possibility of joining them to a double bed - and a safe.
The bathroom with shower, two sinks, bidet and WC, equipped with hairdryer and courtesy set.
A separate toilet with toilet.

Sheets, duvets, pillows and tablecloths are provided, but towels are NOT provided!
Wi-fi is free.
In a shared room we offer free use of washing machine/dryer, clothesline, as well as the possibility to request a temporary loan of an iron and ironing board.
We have a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer and a parking space for bicycles
We offer reduced-price tickets for guests to the Acquafun swimming pools with sauna in San Candido - Innichen, an alpine oasis of fun for adults and kids
Finally, we have a small green area with deck chairs and a small playground for children with a swing and slide

For our younger guests we provide on request and in part for a small fee:
high chair, saucers and miniature cutlery, paper bibs, toilet seat reducer, cot with sides and bathtub.
Additional cot on request for extra charge.
